All of our baked goods are prepared using the best ingredients without preservatives. Therefore, the shelf life is as follows:

Cookies: Our cookies have a shelf life of 2 weeks, given their longevity. They can be frozen for up to 3 months in their original packaging and in an airtight container.

Mini Cookies: For optimum freshness, our miniature cookies last up to 6 months.

Cake Jars: Our Cake Jars last up 2 to 3 weeks at room temperature or refrigerated and about 3 months in the freezer.

Please note that all of our products contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. We do not operate in a nut-free facility.
​Shipping Details

Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail with a secure Dropbox link for you to upload your address list and and other gift specifications.

Additionally, based on your customizations requested, you should expect a turnaround of two to three weeks. All orders received are prepared and shipped EVERY Monday thru WEDNESDAY via 2-Day UPS. If you are needing a rush delivery, please contact us via e-mail at hello@lucilleandgrace.com.

Refunds and Credits
If you are needing to cancel an order, please contact us via hello@lucilleandgrace.com. Due to nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable.
