RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of our products, Lucille & Grace does not accept any returns. If any item in your received order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at hello@lucilleandgrace.com or 972-954-3094.

SHELF-LIFE:
All of our baked goods are prepared using the best ingredients without preservatives. Therefore, the shelf life is as follow:

Cookies: Our cookies have a shelf life of 2-weeks, given that they last that long. They can be frozen for up to 3 months in in their original packaging in an airtight container.

Mini Cookies: Our Mini Cookie Jars are hand-made to order in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients to ensure optimal freshness. Please store your cookie jars in a cool, dry, away from direct sunlight for up to 6 months of freshness.

Cake Jars: Our Cake Jars last up to 2-weeks to 3-weeks at room temperature or refrigerated and about 3-months in the freezer. If not otherwise specified. Please note all our cakes contain dairy, egg, and gluten. We do not operate in a nut free facility.

SHIPPING TIME:
All of our items are made to order. So, once you place your order, we will have your order processed and shipped within 3 to 4 weeks. However depending upon your needs and our schedule we may be able to get your order completed sooner. We will ship your order 2-day delivery via UPS.
